Unload and stage product to keep beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina flowing to communities safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You’ll Do Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner Unload transport trucks delivering finished products, and store product in designated warehouse locations Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for transport trucks returning to the manufacturing location Load pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks and reload route trucks promptly and safely Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete daily equipment checklists/inspections while meeting productivity standards Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period (with or without accommodation) Position requires carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse (with or without accommodation) Position requires off non-traditional shift and weekend work What To Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
