G.Z.Q.S.O.Forklift Operator – Multiple Shifts Location: Sterling Heights, MI Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour, with additional shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift Shift Options 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $17.50/hour 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM — $18.25/hour including shift premium 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM–2:30 AM — $19.00/hour including shift premium Position Overview We are hiring experienced and dependable Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse and production operation in Warren, Michigan. This position is responsible for safely moving products, parts, and materials throughout the facility. Forklift Operators will support shipping, receiving, production, and warehouse operations while helping keep materials organized and moving efficiently. Primary Duties Operate a forklift to move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks and trailers Deliver materials to appropriate production, warehouse, or storage areas Organize and stage products for shipping, production, or inventory Complete routine forklift and equipment checks before operation Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or maintenance needs Follow established inventory and material-handling procedures Always maintain safe operating practices Assist with packaging, sorting, staging, and other warehouse responsibilities when necessary Keep aisles, workstations, and material storage areas clean and orderly Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous forklift or material-handling experience is preferred Forklift certification is helpful but may not be required if training is available Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when needed Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team Reliable transportation to the Warren facility Benefits Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Weekly pay Paid time off Holiday pay Health benefits, including dental and vision coverage
