Duties Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning tools, and shipping & receiving procedures to maintain accurate stock levels Assist with order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow OSHA standards and forklift safety protocols during all material handling activities, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Load and unload shipments with precision using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety standards in production environments Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing storage areas, performing cycle counts, and maintaining clean workspaces Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts (lift truck), clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and order pickers Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management practices Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy Experience with equipment repair or maintenance is a plus but not required Excellent manual handling skills combined with attention to safety protocols in fast-paced environments Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated learners eager to grow their skills in warehouse operations Join us today in a role that combines active material handling with technical expertise!
