Forklift Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Receiving Associate to join our 2nd Shift receiving & shipping teams. This role is responsible for unloading and inspecting incoming deliveries, verifying documentation, accurately recording inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized receiving area. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Positive attitude Punctual Basic computer skills Unload, load and inspect incoming loads for accuracy and damage Verify delivery documents against purchase orders Accurately record received loads in inventory management system (Ovotrack) Organize and stage inbounds in designated receiving areas Communicate discrepancies, damages, to management Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving area Qualifications Attention to detail – Ability to identify discrepancies, damages, and count accuracy Physical capability – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Time management – Efficiently process multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks Communication – Clear verbal and written communication with team members Problem-solving – Address receiving issues and make appropriate decisions Safety awareness – Follow all safety protocols Experience with forklift & pallet jack Work Environment Fast-paced cooler setting with varying temperatures May require early morning or flexible hours to accommodate delivery schedules Team-oriented environment requiring collaboration with production, shipping, and other departments Join us in a role that keeps the wheels turning in our fast-paced warehouse!
