Forklift Operator
T-Cat Enterprise, Inc.Operate heavy-duty forklifts to safely move and position chassis within the rail yard. HH Intermodal is seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to work in a busy rail-yard environment. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy-duty forklifts to move, position, and stack intermodal chassis throughout the yard. Travel opportunities are available for qualified candidates who are willing to travel. Lodging, mileage reimbursement, and per diem may be provided for eligible traveling employees. Responsibilities : Load, unload, stack, and relocate chassis as directed. Move equipment to designated staging, storage, and repair areas. Communicate with yard personnel to coordinate safe equipment Follow all company, railroad, and OSHA safety procedures Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications: Previous forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred Experience in an intermodal terminal, rail yard, trucking yard, or similar environment a plus Ability to safely operate equipment around chassis, trucks, and other heavy machinery. Must be able to meet company and rail-yard safety requirements. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
