Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities: Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Securing loads to the machine before transportation. Inspecting for damages to vehicles. Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Operating and managing technical equipment. Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment. Picking and wrapping orders for shipment. Identifying workplace safety hazards. Adhering to safety management standards. Adhering to production schedules. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED MUST hold current and valid forklift certification Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a clean clutter-free work area Ability to speak, read, and write English and comprehend written work instructions Must have basic math skills Must have the capability to safely operate machinery within a production line Must have basic computer skills Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite a plus Knowledge of manufacturing procedures a plus Ability to use various test equipment Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 20-50lbs Position requires sitting, standing, reaching, and lifting for intermittent times Position requires sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day Noise level is moderate to high Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
