Forklift Operator

Shift: Evening Shift (Full-Time) Training: The successful candidate will undergo one month of training on the day shift before transitioning to the regular evening shift. ITD is an industry leading manufacturer of transport trailers (vans and chassis) and specialty vehicles (expandable trailers). Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks Move and stack materials Rotate floor stock General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures Receive/process shipments Review work orders to ensure proper signatures are present Load, unload and move product according to instructions indicated on work orders Qualification: One (1) to three (3) years of manufacturing or warehousing experience in shipping and receiving Written and oral communication in English Valid Forklift Certificate Minimum 2 years experience in assembly manufacturing Team player with strong organization skills Sharp attention to detail Able to work overtime as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Forklift: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
