Forklift Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations involving the movement, loading, and offloading of a wide range of freight. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proven experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment. Location: Bolton, ON Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Equipment Experience Required: Reach Truck Counterbalance Forklift Walkie / Electric Pallet Jack Key Responsibilities: Safely load and offload a variety of freight types, including palletized and non-palletized goods Operate reach, counterbalance, and walkie equipment in a safe and efficient manner Transport materials throughout the warehouse while ensuring product integrity and accuracy Perform routine equipment checks before and after use Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE Assist with general warehouse duties as required Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets Qualifications: Previous hands-on experience operating reach, counterbalance, and walkie forklifts is required Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and reliability in attendance Physically able to perform warehouse-related tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting as required Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
