Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Compensation: $18.45 Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week on 2nd shift Responsibilities Operate forklift trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload materials. Manage inventory by accurately scanning barcodes, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), and conducting regular stock counts. Assist with order picking and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely shipment of goods. Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing materials on pallets or shelves and adhering to manual handling procedures for heavy lifting. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, or similar material handling machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management practices. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and stacking materials. Basic math skills for measuring quantities, calculating weights, or verifying shipment details. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling standards. Pay: $18.45 per hour Work Location: On the road
