Responsibilities
• 2+ years’ experience operating a counterbalance and Raymond reach forklift
• Must be able to keep up in a very fast paced environment
• Operate a forklift safely to move, transport, load, unload, and organize materials within the facility.
• Move products and materials to designated storage areas and ensure they are placed correctly.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, or other designated areas as required.
• Organize pallets, products, and materials to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
• Follow work instructions, shipping and receiving procedures, and inventory handling requirements.
• Check materials for visible damage and report any discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues.
• Perform routine forklift inspections before use and report any safety concerns or mechanical problems.
What We're Looking For:
Valid external forklift certification (required)
Living within 30 minutes of work location
Experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
