Responsibilities Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including reach trucks and 30k reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and manual counting to ensure accurate stock levels. Load and unload shipments while adhering to OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage or dispatch. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, managing space effectively, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience operating forklift types such as Sit down trucks and 30k Hi-Lo forklifts in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using appropriate equipment like pallet jacks and lift trucks; manual handling experience is essential. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards including OSHA guidelines and forklift safety protocols. (Will be certified with us) Strong understanding of materials handling procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse operations. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry; attention to detail is critical. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively. Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred; previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. We operate HEAVY materials. This is more than a typical "Pallet location move."
