Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials efficiently throughout our facility. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate order picking, and safe handling of all products. Duties Operate forklift to load and unload shipments Safely handle materials using forklift to fulfill customer orders accurately Manage inventory movement within the warehouse and maintain precise records of stock locations Perform routine equipment inspections Prepare products for shipping and receiving processes Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials efficiently for production or shipment Skills Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements Experience in shipping & receiving procedures, including order picking and load & unload activities Excellent attention to detail Typical schedule: Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30pm Benefits: Retirement Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Holiday Paid Time Off Birthday Incentive Attendance Incentive Join our team to play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring safety at every step.
