What You'll Do Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility. Ensure all units are properly banded and labeled with visible load tags. Stage finished products in the warehouse and prepare shipments for transport. Conduct visual quality inspections and verify inventory and truck counts. Accurately complete and maintain shipping and receiving paperwork. Follow all safety policies and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or concerns. Complete required monthly online safety training. Review production schedules and prepare the correct paper rolls for upcoming runs. Safely transport and handle paper rolls according to company procedures. Assist production operators with peeling and preparing damaged rolls. Prepare butt rolls for return to the roll room. Maintain excellent attendance and contribute to a reliable, team-oriented work environment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
