Forklift Operator

Role: High-Lift Operator in a distribution center, responsible for lifting, stacking, and transporting merchandise using powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and order selectors. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment for at least 80% of the shift to move merchandise efficiently. Handle full cases of products, verifying and documenting merchandise flow. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and perform basic math for order accuracy. Maintain safety standards, identify products, and ensure quality control. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old with prior distribution center experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, climbing, and stooping. Capable of operating powered equipment after training and working in elevated locations. Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to safety and productivity standards.
