Creative InnovationBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 工作地点：Pickering, ON 主要工作职责 安全操作平衡重叉车、前移式叉车，完成货柜卸柜、货品上架、拣货、托盘转运作业。 托盘缠膜，将货物运送到指定库区，保持通道、装卸码头整洁通畅。 每班开工前完成叉车安全检查并做好记录，发现机械故障立即上报主管。 服从现场主管安排，完成仓库其他基础体力工作、库区整理。 严格遵守仓库安全制度，按要求穿戴个人防护用品，落实安全生产要求。 任职要求 持有安省有效叉车证书 Forklift Ticket（平衡重 + 前移式）。 至少 1 年仓库叉车实操经验，有集装箱卸柜经验优先。 会使用 PDA 扫码设备，熟悉仓库出入库基础流程。 安全意识强，熟悉仓库作业安全规范。 身体健康，可以适应仓库快节奏工作环境，做事认真靠谱。 具备基础英文沟通能力 Key Responsibilities ‑ Safely operate counter‑balance and reach forklifts to perform container unloading, product put‑away, order picking and pallet transfer. ‑ Complete pallet shrink‑wrapping, transport goods to designated storage locations, and keep aisles and loading docks clean and unobstructed. ‑ Complete pre‑shift forklift safety inspections and keep records; report any mechanical malfunctions to supervisor immediately. ‑ Follow instructions from the on‑site supervisor and perform general warehouse labour and area housekeeping tasks as assigned. ‑ Strictly comply with warehouse safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications ‑ Valid Ontario Powered Lift‑Truck Operator Forklift Ticket (counter‑balance and reach truck). ‑ Minimum 1‑year hands‑on forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment; container unloading experience is an asset. ‑ Able to operate PDA scanners and familiar with basic warehouse receiving and outbound workflows. ‑ Strong safety awareness and good knowledge of warehouse operational safety standards. ‑ Physically fit, able to work in a fast‑paced warehouse setting, reliable and conscientious. ‑ Basic English communication skills.
