As a Forklift Operations Specialist, you’ll turn safety, coordination, and skill into momentum—keeping materials moving from dock to rack to outbound lane. Picture the Work Mid-shift a container arrives. You verify dock readiness, complete your equipment check, then unload swiftly and safely. Moments later, you’re staging outbound pallets, syncing with teammates to hit the daily plan. Before shift end, you assist with cycle counts and restore the warehouse to a clean, safe state. Core Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move, place, and organize inventory across the warehouse. Load trucks and unload containers with accuracy and care. Conduct pre/post-operation inspections; report maintenance issues immediately. Keep aisles and work zones clean and orderly to ensure safety. Work closely with team members to meet production targets. Follow all site safety procedures and equipment rules. Assist inventory control with counts and stock location checks. Qualifications Valid forklift operator certification (required). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous forklift experience in a warehouse (preferred). Strong safety focus and attention to detail. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, physically demanding role. Clear communicator and reliable team collaborator.
