Forklift Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary As a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Worker, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by safely handling materials, fulfilling orders, and supporting shipping and receiving. You’ll use forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, load, and unload products while following site procedures and safety standards. Duties Operate a forklift, lift truck, Hi-Lo, reach truck, clamp truck, order picker, cherry picker, and pallet jack as assigned; follow forklift safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Load and unload shipments, move materials, and complete order picking using safe manual handling practices, including when heavy lifting is required. Scan barcodes and update inventory in a warehouse management system; support inventory management, warehouse distribution, and accurate shipping and receiving. Inspect equipment before use, report issues, and assist with basic equipment repair when authorized. Your impact: Accurate, safe materials handling helps coworkers keep orders moving and ensures products are ready for shipment. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, materials handling, and material handling equipment operation. Basic math skills and the ability to use barcode scanning tools and a warehouse management system. Knowledge of forklift safety protocols and safety standards in production; OSHA familiarity is preferred. Experience with forklifts, heavy equipment operation, order picking, and load and unload tasks is preferred. Warehouse supervisor experience and equipment repair skills are nice to have, but are not required. Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
