Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Forklift Driver and Warehouse Worker, where your energy and precision will keep our logistics operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will operate various types of material handling equipment—including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks—to efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and safety protocols will ensure a safe, productive environment. Whether you're picking orders with a barcode scanner or managing shipping and receiving tasks, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver excellence. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Pick and prepare orders efficiently using order pickers and manual handling techniques to meet shipping deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for repairs to ensure safety standards are maintained. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper stock rotation, barcode scanning, and warehouse distribution procedures. Follow OSHA and OSHA-compliant safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and promote a safe workplace. Skills Proven experience operating forklift types such as lift trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and barcode scanning technology. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols including OSHA standards for equipment operation and materials handling. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, load/unload activities, and shipping/receiving documentation. Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and inventory counts. Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required; a solid understanding of warehouse operations is essential. Join us in delivering outstanding logistics solutions!
