Forklift Driver / Inventory Clerk Hybrid

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk and become a vital part of our supply chain and warehouse operations! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will support efficient shipping, receiving, and overall materials management. We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about optimizing inventory systems to drive operational excellence. _ This individual will be doing 60% forklift driving and 40% inventory clerk._ Duties Using forklift and pallet jack to restock and clear back orders. Organize inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and data collection to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.. Analyze inventory data using Excel, and other data visualization tools to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement.. Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, and Packing teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and replenishment.. Perform materials handling tasks including heavy lifting, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment while adhering to safety protocols.. Collaborate across departments to improve warehouse operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related warehouse operations roles.. Ability to use spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheet) efficiently and understand data in performance reports.. Comfortable using computer proficiently to navigate websites, perform data entry, and . Knowledge of Deposco is a plus or any other warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software.. Familiarity with logistics inventory management, procurement processes, and materials handling techniques.. Ability to perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvement initiatives within a supply chain environment.. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is required (MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STAND UP).. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including sourcing, merchandising, and production planning..
