Forklift Operator – Full Time | Weekends Off | Starting at $19.50/hr We are looking for an experienced, reliable forklift operator to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady hours and weekends off. This is an important role in our operation. The forklift operator helps keep production moving, loads and unloads trailers, moves and stages pallets, and ensures loads are prepared safely and efficiently. Job Duties: Operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, stage, and move pallets Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently Throw straps over loads and assist with properly securing shipments Sticker and prepare pallets as needed Occasionally get off the forklift to manually move or adjust pallets Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with production and shipping employees to keep workflow moving Follow all company safety procedures and remain aware of surrounding employees, equipment, and vehicles Requirements: Prior forklift experience required Must be able to repetitively lift and move materials throughout the workday Must be physically able to throw straps over loads Strong focus on safety and situational awareness Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to work well as part of a team Preferred: Experience working around semi-trailers, loading docks, or yard operations Schedule: 40–50 hours per week Monday through Friday Weekends off Year-round work Pay: Starting at $19.50 per hour We are looking for someone dependable who takes safety seriously, works hard, and wants steady, long-term employment.
