Forklift Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of material handling equipment—including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and lift trucks—to move, load, and unload goods within our distribution center. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards will ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment. Duties Safely operate forklift equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load and unload shipments Manage inventory by accurately scanning barcodes, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), and conducting regular stock counts Assist with order picking using specialized equipment like order pickers and pallet jacks to fulfill customer orders efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and manual handling best practices Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against documentation and preparing outgoing orders for dispatch Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following warehouse distribution procedures and safety standards in production Experience Proven experience operating warehouse material handling equipment such as forklifts (reach truck, cherry picker, clamp truck) and pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management procedures Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload processes Prior warehouse supervision experience or familiarity with warehouse management system oversight is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during manual handling tasks Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying shipment quantities Join our team today if you're eager to bring your forklift expertise into a vibrant environment focused on safety, efficiency, and growth!
