These products are currently manufactured in North Carolina with a short-term eye on growth in the southeast and then to other concentrated growing areas nationally. CF may also be engaging in other complimentary business ventures as the opportunities arise in the future. Job Description: The Forklift Driver may be responsible for maneuvering packaging material, waste, finished goods, receiving and loading trailers and handling product in a freezer. The Forklift Driver will also: Perform daily forklift pre-inspection and report any non-conformance to maintenance Safely transport and document raw material, finished goods, etc., through plant Some outdoor work may be required Complete other duties as directed by supervisor Maintain neat, orderly and clean working environment Follow all policies and procedures for product movement Required Skills/Qualifications: Current forklift operator certificate or 1 year of previous experience Efficient with a drive to get things done Ability to meet deadlines while managing/prioritizing multiple tasks Focus on personal safety and safety of others Good oral communication and organizational skills Physical Requirements: Ability to easily mount and dismount a forklift multiple times during the course of the day. Lifting of 60 lbs.
