Forklift Driver
Biltwise Structures of NMJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Forklift Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and related equipment to move, load, and unload building materials and supplies efficiently across the facility. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other materialhandling equipment in accordance with safety standards and site policies. Load, unload, and transport materials such as lumber, shingles, tile, cabinets, and other supplies needed for each home. Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper operation and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Assist in organizing and maintaining material storage areas for efficiency and safety. Collaborate with site supervisors, laborers, and delivery personnel to coordinate material placement and movement. Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times. Perform other general labor or equipment duties as needed to support site operations. ________________________________________ Qualifications: Valid forklift operator certification or license (preferred). Proven experience operating forklifts in a construction or industrial setting. Strong understanding of job site safety practices. Ability to read and follow instructions, load manifests, and site maps. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
