Responsibilities
Operate specialized reach equipment—specifically Raymond and Crown machines—along with sit-down forklifts to safely maneuver, stack, and retrieve inventory.
Orchestrate order picking and fulfillment, accurately selecting items, lifting up to 50 lbs, and neatly stacking orders onto pallets for transport.
Master inventory control and receiving, scanning items with RF devices to ensure incoming and outgoing stock is accounted for without errors.
Deliver memorable customer service by directly greeting clients, assisting with their order pickups, and answering questions with a warm, helpful attitude.
Maintain precise digital and physical records by verifying sku details, counts, and shipment information at every stage of the process.
Qualifications
You bring 1.5 to 3+ years of proven hands-on experience operating Crown and Raymond reach machines as well as sit-down forklifts.
You have a solid background in order picking, pallet stacking, receiving, and using RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking.
You bring good English comprehension and strong communication skills to interact comfortably with team members and customers.
You are comfortable regularly lifting up to 50 lbs and take pride in high accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and quality work.
You are naturally productive, show up reliably every day, and take initiative without needing constant supervision.
You have reliable personal transportation to get to work each day, as our location is not accessible by public transit
