Foreman/Supervisor

Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, managing team performance and ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to verify accuracy and guide onsite execution Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines Review contracts, change orders, and project specifications to ensure compliance and effective communication with stakeholders Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera to track progress, budgets, and documentation Conduct regular safety inspections in accordance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards; enforce safety protocols diligently Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work meets all regulatory requirements and client expectations Manage crew assignments, monitor productivity levels, and provide mentorship for team development Review construction drawings for accuracy; interpret technical details to facilitate smooth workflow Coordinate with project managers on scheduling adjustments, material procurement, and budget management Supervise subcontractors and vendors; ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining safety standards Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, inspections, and project documentation using appropriate software tools Experience Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on-site Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements Demonstrated proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3 (Primavera), Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent tools Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate project execution Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination using Primavera P6 or similar platforms Experience managing budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement processes within large-scale projects Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders Construction site experience in commercial or heavy civil projects is essential; familiarity with pipeline projects is a plus Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards; OHmmeter use is advantageous for electrical testing familiarity Ability to supervise multiple crews simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance Join us as a Foreman/Supervisor where your leadership will shape the future of our projects!
