This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Foreign-Trade Zone experience who understands U.S. Customs compliance and enjoys working in a fast-paced international logistics environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $65,000, depending on experience Benefits package Career development opportunities Stable position with an established international freight forwarding company Opportunity to work within a highly experienced logistics and compliance team Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) administration and operations Maintain accurate FTZ inventory records and ensure inventory reconciliation Prepare and maintain FTZ documentation, records, and reports Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and FTZ requirements Assist with FTZ admissions, transfers, withdrawals, and other zone-related transactions Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies Support audits and ensure all FTZ records are accurate and readily available Work closely with Customs Brokerage, Operations, Warehousing, and Transportation teams Communicate with customers, CBP, and other relevant parties regarding FTZ matters Assist with customs entries, classifications, and compliance-related activities where required Maintain knowledge of changing FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations Identify opportunities to improve FTZ processes, accuracy, and efficiency Requirements Previous FTZ administration / Foreign-Trade Zone experience Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or international trade Strong understanding of U.S. Customs / CBP regulations and compliance Experience with FTZ inventory management and reconciliation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CargoWise, SAP, or other logistics/FTZ systems is a plus
