Forecasting, Planning, and Logistics Analyst

Corbus, LLC is currently seeking a Forecasting, Planning and Logistics Analyst. This position supports the military customer needs, helps with forecasting and inventory of parts, improves readiness and drives savings. Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate daily/weekly critical part shortage reviews with GE Depot Teams, and Material Planners. Generate and distribute critical material reports Provide support as required for database updates Coordinate and expedite as required material delivery for Just-in-Time Material flow to support assigned production areas. Establish and maintain critical parts list for assigned Material Planner(s). Identify and resolve critical part needs to the Fulfillment team. Assist sources in establishing delivery recovery plans as appropriate. Obtain source delivery commitments and ensure delivery commitments are maintained. Provide requested material schedule changes to planners via submitted expedite and or reschedule requests (workflows) and assist with database and report updates. Ensure material delivery schedules are synchronized to achieve program objectives. Coordinate with COI Material Planners the administration and execution of customer orders. Work with the applicable GE shipping to assure timely receipt and shipment to the customer. Institutionalize Material Resource Planning (MRP) functions as part of the above activities. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications (extensive Excel database manipulation experience) Must have excellent analytical skills. Must be willing to work on-site 2-3 days per week in Evendale, OH (just north of Cincinnati).
