Haag Ford Sales Lawrenceburg, IN Position Summary Haag Ford is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist retail and wholesale customers, support the service department, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure efficient parts operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus monthly commission bonus opportunities. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus monthly commission bonus Weekly pay Full-time position (40-45 hours per week) Medical, dental, and vision insurance available 401(k) retirement plan available after one year of employment Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts sales and inquiries Identify and source correct Ford and aftermarket parts using manufacturer catalogs and software Process parts orders accurately and efficiently Maintain parts inventory and stock levels Receive, check, and organize incoming shipments Handle returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to dealership procedures Keep parts department clean, organized, and professional Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability Promote additional parts and accessories opportunities when appropriate Maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required Knowledge of Ford parts systems is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Positive attitude Team-oriented mindset Dependability and strong work ethic Desire to learn and grow within the dealership Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
