Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit - Check off and verify orders - Be proficient in inventory accuracy - Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person - Prepare accurate estimates for customer part requests and obtain customer approval before proceeding - Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their orders Experience: -Inventory knowledge and processing is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts specialist is preferred - Strong Computer knowledge and understanding of automotive preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Knowledge of automotive service repairs is a plus As a Parts Counter representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the parts process.
