This is not a general maintenance position. We are looking for a strong Ford diesel technician who can diagnose and repair F-Series Super Duty and commercial/fleet vehicles. The shop already has an established commercial/fleet customer base and strong workload. The opportunity is designed for an experienced technician who wants production potential—not someone waiting around for work. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Ford diesel certification or substantial recent Ford diesel experience Strong F-Series Super Duty experience Strong diesel diagnostic and repair ability Dealership or equivalent high-level technician experience Ability to diagnose root causes, not simply replace parts Ability to properly document repairs and warranty stories Valid driver’s license Professional technician hand tools Strong attendance and work history PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Ford Senior Master certification Ford transmission certification Commercial/fleet experience Ford Transit experience Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Gasoline heavy-line experience PAY & PRODUCTION The FORD DIESEL TECHNICIAN – $100K–$180K+ EARNING POTENTIAL position is flat-rate with up to $45 per flat-rate hour available based on Ford certifications, diesel experience, diagnostic ability and production history. Top-producing technicians have the available workload and shop capacity to flag approximately 80–100 hours during strong weeks. Estimated annual earnings of $100,000–$180,000+ are based on individual flat-rate production and are not guaranteed. SHOP & SCHEDULE Climate-controlled dealership shop Modern equipment Established commercial/fleet customer base Strong existing workload Monday–Friday schedule Occasional Saturdays RELOCATION / SIGN-ON Relocation assistance may be available for the right experienced technician. A sign-on incentive may also be considered for a highly qualified Ford diesel technician, particularly someone leaving an established position. A short-term ramp-up guarantee may be considered while the technician transitions into the shop and establishes workload.
