A day in the life Start with a safety check, then jump on a forklift to move, load, and unload materials. Pick and pack orders with accuracy; label, stock, and stage products for shipment. Receive inbound goods, verify counts, and update inventory. Monitor refrigerated product flow to maintain quality across perishables. Keep aisles organized, documentation tidy, and workflows on schedule. What you bring 1+ year of experience across core warehouse functions: packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving, and loading. Proficient forklift operation. An organized, dependable, and safety‑first mindset. Experience with food, refrigeration, or other perishable products (highly preferred). Bilingual in Spanish (preferred). Physical expectations This role requires extensive standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment for the duration of the shift.
