Food Delivery Driver —Mini Van/Cargo Van/Sprinter- Hicksville, NY (957)

Navigate Logistics seeks dependable independent contractor drivers or master contractors with drivers to deliver food orders safely, accurately, and on time for local customers. Ideal drivers are service-oriented, comfortable with a fast-paced delivery environment, and committed to protecting order quality from pickup through handoff. Schedule and Delivery Expectations Based on the customer schedule, assignments may consist of one to five days per week, with additional days possible based on customer demand; work is not guaranteed. Drivers must arrive on time, follow assigned delivery instructions, and communicate promptly about delays or order issues. Some assignments may require multiple trips between the pickup location and delivery area. Drivers should live within approximately 30 minutes of the starting location without using toll roads. Flexible availability during customer delivery windows, including possible peak meal periods, is strongly preferred. MUST HAVE MINI VAN, CARGO VAN, or SPRINTER VAN. Driver Requirements Use a clean, reliable vehicle and maintain a sanitary cargo area suitable for food orders. Possess a valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Use insulated delivery bags or other customer-required equipment to help maintain food quality and temperature. Have a smartphone capable of supporting customer-required scanning, routing, and delivery applications. Be able to safely lift, carry, and transport orders weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Provide professional, courteous service and handle every order with care. Must be able attain bodily injury liability coverage and provide EIN number. Important: This opportunity is for individual independent contractors and Master Contractors completing their own assigned deliveries. Applicants seeking to operate as master contractors or place other drivers on routes will need to present a COI and Operation Authority from DOT. Independent contractors and Master Contractors will be required to complete background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks based on customer requirements. Delivery types, route assignments, volume, and earnings may vary according to customer demand and availability.
