Caesario's New York Style Pizza is looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented Delivery Person to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant when interacting with customers, ensuring that our hot, fresh food is delivered promptly, safely, and with a great attitude. Key Responsibilities Prompt Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport food orders from the restaurant to local customer addresses. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and handle deliveries with professionalism and care. Order Accuracy: Double-check orders prior to departure to ensure all items, drinks, and condiments are included. Payment Handling: Accurately process cash and credit card transactions when required. Restaurant Support: Assist with light in-store duties during downtime (e.g., boxing pizzas, stocking supplies, or folding boxes). Requirements & Qualifications Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and a reliable, insured vehicle. Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with the local delivery area and the ability to navigate efficiently. Strong Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and able to hustle during peak dining rushes. Communication Skills: Friendly demeanor with clear communication skills. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ depending on insurance requirements). Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $10 per hour + $3 for each delivery and 100% of your daily tips .
