Food Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Food Delivery Driver, you’ll move orders safely and reliably from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare and secure loads, follow assigned routes, and provide helpful customer service at each delivery. The role may involve driving a van, box truck, or personal vehicle, depending on the delivery assignment. Your impact: Careful handling and timely delivery help customers receive their food in good condition and with a smooth handoff. Duties Load and unload orders; use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when needed. Drive assigned routes and use mobile devices to review directions, delivery details, and updates. Follow traffic regulations and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Apply safe lifting practices when moving food orders and handling workplace loads. Communicate courteously with customers and report delivery or vehicle concerns promptly. Experience Delivery driver experience, including delivery driving, route driving, courier, or van driver work, is helpful. Experience with warehouse operations, warehouse work, loading and unloading, or material handling is preferred. Commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience, including box truck operation, is useful; personal vehicle delivery experience is also relevant. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is preferred where required for the assigned vehicle. Able to perform manual handling and moving tasks, including heavy lifting, while following safe lifting practices and workplace weight-handling procedures. Pay: $20.00 - $28.65 per hour Work Location: In person
