Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system and process sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, while upselling menu items to enhance guest enjoyment and increase sales Manage order dispatching and packing with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for takeout or delivery orders Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, and packing stations according to food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling. Handle cash transactions securely, process payments accurately, and balance registers at shift end Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as servers, bartenders, or food runners within a restaurant or hospitality environment Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with open table reservations systems like OpenTable is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively settings and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
