The firm has a majorly successful design-build group in the South which will help to the growth of this business unit. Responsibilities include Drive business growth across established and emerging transportation markets by developing strategic plans, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales, revenue, and profitability objectives. Build and strengthen client and industry relationships with clients, contractors, industry partners, and professional organizations to expand market presence and generate new opportunities. Lead strategic pursuits and project delivery , assembling pursuit teams, overseeing proposals and contract negotiations, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability objectives. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and practices to identify cross-selling opportunities, support innovative delivery strategies, and deliver integrated solutions across the regional market. Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, employee development, financial oversight, risk management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
