Duties Help customers with questions, check out and pre-orders. Track inventory, process orders, and ensure accurate stock levels. Pick, pack, and prepare floral orders for shipment with precision, adhering to quality control standards. Manage shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments while following safety protocols. Stock shelves and organize floral inventory to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick order picking. Conduct regular inventory counts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and manual handling best practices. Cleaning spaces including work space, bathrooms and general areas. Experience Bilingual English and Spanish required. Previous warehouse experience involving order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and quality control processes. Basic math skills for inventory counting, order processing, and data entry tasks. Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments with a focus on safety protocol adherence.
