Job Overview We are seeking a few guys to create a crew of motivated and skilled Flooring Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring a variety of flooring surfaces across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces by ensuring precise, high-quality flooring installations that meet safety standards and client expectations. Duties Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately determine project scope and materials needed Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary primers or adhesives for optimal flooring adhesion Install a variety of flooring types including hardwood, vinyl, tile, epoxy coatings, carpet, and floor refinishing techniques Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials Perform water damage restoration tasks such as moisture assessment, drying procedures, and floor repairs Ensure compliance with building installation safety standards throughout all phases of work Handle manual lifting of heavy materials and equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Apply caulking, fixture installation, and finishing touches to ensure seamless results Conduct floor buffing and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish Interpret technical instructions from construction plans to execute precise installations or restorations Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on flooring installation or related building projects Knowledge of various flooring materials including hardwood, vinyl, tile, epoxy coatings, and carpeting Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, trowels, as well as power tools like drills and sanders Familiarity with construction estimating processes for project planning and material procurement Experience in water damage restoration or general building restoration industry is a plus Background in remodeling or handyman work demonstrating versatility in building material installation Understanding of construction plans and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects Commitment to safety compliance on construction sites with knowledge of relevant regulations Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation.
