Flooring Customer Service Representative

We are a flooring company looking for a friendly and sharp Customer Service Representative. If you have experience in the flooring industry is good, but not required. Primary Duties Answers all incoming phone calls in a friendly and consistently pleasant, professionally manner Process written customer orders, whether by facsimile or electronic mail Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department Provide stock check to customers Answer basic product questions Process claims and returns Arrange logistics management on paid customer orders and shipping details Work with shippers and shipping brokerages and tracking order progress Coordinate with AR on payment progress Coordinate with warehouse on shipping and receiving orders Coordinate with sales on customer order progress Ship out samples to customers Multi-language fluency a plus Comfort with learning new office software necessary for primary tasks Organization and follow through essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
