Floor Supervisor/Key Holder - Amigos Pro Shop - La Plaza Mall

Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained - Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment - Assist with visual merchandising and product displays - Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they meet performance standards - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in basic math calculations - Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Phone etiquette and customer service skills We offer competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and a positive work environment.
