Floor Lead (Shipping Department)
Wholesale Hardwood Interiors, INC.Job Summary: The position of Floor Lead at Wholesale Hardwood Interiors, Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations to ensure orders are accurately picked, staged, inspected, and loaded onto the correct delivery trucks. Job Responsibilities: Inspect orders and materials for accuracy, completeness, damage, and overall quality before shipment. Verify that the correct orders are staged and loaded onto the appropriate delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and preventing shipping errors. Check incoming freight deliveries against packing slips to verify quantities, accuracy, and condition. Oversee daily activities of floor employees, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Skills /Qualifications: One year of experience in a similar role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent with good math capabilities. Applicant must be able to lift material up to 50 lbs.
