Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Calgary, AB involves working as a Floor Hand, Swamper, or Tow Tractor Operator to support daily field operations. Responsibilities include safely moving and securing equipment and materials, assisting with rigging and pipe handling, and supporting drilling or completion crews as required. The role requires following directions from supervisors, helping maintain a clean and organized work area, and inspecting tools and vehicles before use. The individual will load and unload trucks, support transportation and logistics activities, and adhere to all safety procedures and training standards. Daily tasks may involve physical labor, working outdoors in varying conditions, and coordinating with team members to complete assignments efficiently and on schedule. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with crews, and report site issues clearly. Candidates should possess Completion and Drilling-related skills to support field operations, rig activities, and basic wellsite tasks.
