Working alongside Supervisors, Operations Leads help coordinate daily order assignments, audit order selector accuracy, assist with associate training, and resolve dock exception issues. This position is 100% physical and requires full on-site presence on the warehouse operational floor (no remote work permitted).

Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Operations Lead, you assist shift supervisors in directing daily picking, receiving, and loading workflows across the distribution floor.
• Shift Floor Coordination: Monitor active pick-paths and receiving dock lanes, reallocating order selectors and equipment operators to eliminate bottleneck areas.
• Associate Coaching & Method Training: Demonstrate proper ALDI case-picking and pallet-building techniques to new hires, conducting safety and accuracy audits.
• Dock Exception Resolution: Investigate missing inventory items, damaged cases, or barcode scan errors to ensure 100% order accuracy prior to trailer dispatch.
