Position Overview & Responsibilities
As part of the Inventory Restocking & Merchandising Crew, you drive the rapid movement of products from delivery pallets to store sales shelves. You offload trucks using power equipment, break down bulk freight, restock grocery aisles according to planograms, and front-face product packaging for visual excellence. Additionally, you manage cardboard recycling compactors and perform continuous aisle sanitation sweeps to maintain a safe shopping floor. This position requires 100% physical on-site work at the retail store with zero work-from-home options.
Qualifications & Benefits
Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a High School Diploma or GED preferred, strong physical stamina to lift up to 45 lbs, bend, and move actively throughout shifts, and a strong teamwork mindset.
