Job Summary
Join our team as a Part Time Inventory Data Entry Associate and master enterprise inventory systems to process 500 plus stock items per shift. Comprehensive Responsibilities
• Barcode Scanning: Scan incoming merchandise using Zebra TC52 mobile computers to log inventory into the distribution database.
• Data Entry: Input shipment quantities and item numbers into Microsoft Excel and internal WMS databases with 99 percent accuracy.
• Cycle Counting: Conduct daily physical counts of 150 plus stock keeping units to reconcile discrepancies between system records and warehouse shelves.
• Reporting: Generate end-of-shift inventory variance reports using SAP software and submit them to the logistics supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management software
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 words per minute with high numeric data entry accuracy
• Ability to stand for the duration of a 4-hour shift and lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
