Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Outbound Warehouse Associate, you manage shipping dock staging, store pallet audits, trailer loading execution, and freight manifest verification.
• Store Order Loading Execution: Load completed store pallets onto outbound refrigerated trailers using electric power equipment, adhering to route delivery sequences.
• Shipping Audit & Order Verification: Audit store pallet barcode labels prior to loading, ensuring order accuracy and verifying case counts.
• Trailer Restraint & Safety Security: Secure trailer loads with cargo straps and load bars, inspect trailer door seals, and complete shipping manifest paperwork.
