The ALDI Distribution Center Manager maintains executive accountability for the entire multi-acre regional distribution facility, overseeing warehousing, inventory selection, transport dispatch, facility maintenance, and administrative operations. Managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets and hundreds of logistics personnel, the DC Manager ensures seamless grocery fulfillment to hundreds of ALDI retail stores. Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Distribution Center Manager, you direct facility-wide operations, strategic financial planning, talent development, and supply chain execution across the entire regional hub.
• Executive Facility & P&L Leadership: Oversee total facility financial performance, capital expense planning, labor optimization budgets, and operational cost-per-case metrics.
• Supply Chain Strategy & Logistics Alignment: Align warehousing, inventory control, and fleet transport operations to achieve 100% on-time store delivery commitments.
• Talent Development & Culture Building: Provide executive guidance to warehouse supervisors, department leads, and HR partners to build a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
