Fleet & Yard Assistant

Seagull Disposal is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Fleet & Yard Assistant. This position is responsible for keeping our trucks, containers, and equipment clean, properly maintained, and ready for daily operations. Responsibilities Wash and pressure wash trucks, dumpsters, containers, and equipment. Perform routine greasing and lubrication of trucks, containers, and equipment. Deliver, exchange, and remove residential trash carts using a company box truck. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and yard. Identify and report equipment damage or maintenance concerns. Assist with other general operational tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Must possess or be able to obtain a DOT medical card. We will assist qualified applicants in obtaining one. Must pass required drug screening. Dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physical labor. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
