Fleet Wrap & Commercial Sign Designer Extreme Graffix | Grand Rapids, MI Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Work location: In office. This is not a remote position. Extreme Graffix is looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer focused on Commercial fleet wraps and business signage . We need someone who can turn customer ideas into clear, effective designs—and prepare accurate artwork our production and installation teams can use. What you’ll do Design full wraps, partial wraps, and lettering for commercial fleets, work trucks, vans, and trailers. Adapt designs across different vehicles while keeping customer branding consistent. Create commercial signs, storefront graphics, window graphics, and banners. Prepare customer proofs and make revisions based on feedback. Build production-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleeds, and cut paths. Work with production and installers to account for vehicle contours, seams, doors, handles, and other design constraints. Manage multiple projects, keep artwork organized, and meet deadlines. What we’re looking for Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and commercial branding. Fleet wrap, commercial sign, or large-format print design experience preferred. An understanding of readability at a distance and designing around vehicle features. Strong attention to detail, including spelling, measurements, and file accuracy. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to take feedback professionally.
