Fleet Title Specialist

At NAPA Transportation, keeping our fleet moving takes more than what happens on the road! We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Fleet Title Specialist with experience processing titles, registrations, and DMV documentation to support our growing fleet operations. In this role, you'll manage vehicle titles, registrations, permits, and fleet records while working closely with internal teams and outside agencies to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process vehicle titles, registrations, permits, renewals, and related documentation. Coordinate Owner Operator administrative onboarding, including insurance, equipment records, and system setup. Maintain accurate fleet records, including equipment additions, transfers, sales, and removals. Process title transfers, bills of sale, IFTA decals, and required state-specific reporting. Track deadlines, resolve toll violations and documentation discrepancies, and ensure timely renewals. Work with DMV offices, government agencies, and internal teams to support daily fleet operations. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of hands-on vehicle title, registration, or DMV processing experience preferred Experience with title transfers, vehicle ownership documentation, registration renewals, or related DMV transactions. Previous transportation or trucking industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through. Comfortable working with computer systems, maintaining records, and learning new processes. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree and current notary commission preferred. Ability to travel occasionally to DMV offices and other agencies as needed.
